Components are generated by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, SambaNova via OpenRouter & Groq). Users must ensure compliance with any applicable intellectual property rights.
MakeItReact reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account or access to the app at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason.
MakeItReact is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event will MakeItReact be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to the use of MakeItReact.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
